Refund policy

Returns:
Items may be returned for any reason up to 30 days from the date of delivery.  You may log into your account to initiate a return automatically or email your order number to customerservice@locoapparel.com for a prepaid return label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags attached.

Items not eligible for return:
-Clearance items
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:
A refund for the original purchase price (less shipping charges paid) will be applied to your original form of payment once your return is received.

Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
